Our Emergency Call Centre operates from our head office in Lagos, Nigeria and senior
consultants are available between 16h30 – 08h30 on weekdays and 24 hours over the weekends and public holidays. With access to all our systems, processors and procedures, they have the ability to support clients’ need on the go in the event of an emergency.
